Gypsie Thomas
I’m a women’s wellness coach, yoga teacher, retreat facilitator, and counselling student devoted to helping women come home to themselves, their bodies, their truth, and the life they actually desire.
My work sits at the intersection of science, somatics, mindset, and spirituality. I specialise in nervous system regulation, self-worth, embodiment, and conscious life design, supporting women to move out of survival mode and into a grounded, empowered way of living.
With a background in health and wellness, yoga and meditation teaching, Reiki energy work, and years of experience facilitating workshops, retreats, and coaching programs, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience into everything I offer. I don’t believe in bypassing emotions or forcing “high vibes” I believe in slowing down, listening to the body, and creating safety within so real change can occur.
I’ve lived and worked across Australia, Indonesia, and abroad, hosting sold-out women’s retreats and guiding women through transformational experiences that blend movement, mindfulness, education, nature, and deep connection. My approach is grounded, practical, and deeply human, helping women understand why they feel the way they do, and how to gently shift.
Whether through 1:1 coaching, group programs, workshops, or retreats, my intention is always the same:
to support women to build self-trust, regulate their nervous system, soften their inner dialogue, and create a life that feels calm, meaningful, and aligned.
This work isn’t about becoming someone new,
it’s about remembering who you already are.
